Sweet and Sour Cabbage

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 15 g butter
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 teaspoon salt
sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cornflour
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 1⁄2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 1⁄2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sherry wine
Directions
- shred the cabbage and stir fry for 2 min with oil and butter then sprinkle with salt and simmer gently for 5 to 6 minute.
- mix sauce ingredients and bring to boil and simmer for 4 to 5 minute.
- transfer cabbage to serving dish and pour sauce over the cabbage and serve.
