Ingredients
- 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2⁄3 cup smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 cup paprika
- 1⁄3 cup dried ancho chile powder
- 1⁄3 cup coarse salt
- 1⁄4 cup toasted ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
Directions
- combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
