Sweet and Smoky BBQ Rub

Rub this on Steaks, chop or chicken. Sprinkle it on a burger or fries

• Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup  packed dark brown sugar
• 2⁄3 cup  smoked paprika
• 1⁄2 cup paprika
• 1⁄3 cup dried ancho chile powder
• 1⁄3 cup coarse salt
• 1⁄4 cup  toasted ground cumin
• 2  tablespoons garlic powder
• 2  tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper

Directions

1. combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
