Sweet and Peppery Sauteed Cabbage and Noodles

Ingredients
- 2 lbs cabbage, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup mild flavored oil (can use more)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 30 ounces flat noodles (approximately) or 30 ounces bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
Directions
- Steam cabbage in a covered saucepan for several minutes on a low heat with a few tablespoons of water.
- Add oil and seasonings and sauté until cabbage is real soft and tender (not at all crunchy). Add warm noodles. Serve hot or at room temperature.
