Swedish Potato Salad With Apple

Nothing fancy but amazing anyway. Apples are great in potato salad

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 4  cups  boiled potatoes, diced
• 1  apple, diced
• 1⁄2 cup capers
• 1  onion, diced
• 1  cup mayonnaise
• 1  cup sour cream
• 1  tablespoon ground black pepper
• 2  tablespoons  swedish sweet mustard or 2  tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1  tablespoon salt
• 1  tablespoon dill, finely chopped

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Let it rest over night before serving.
