Swedish Nut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 3⁄4 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 1 3⁄4 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients through the pineapple.
- Mix by hand until, do not use a mixed.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased 13x9 pan.
- Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix remaining ingredients together for frosting until smooth and creamy.
- Frost cooled cake.
- Store in refrigerator.
