Swedish Meatballs

Meatballs in Cream of Mushroom soup with dill served over rice. Delicious

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  •  meatballs
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans  cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1  tablespoon  beef bouillon
  • 1  tablespoon dill weed
  • 2  cups rice

Directions

  1. Put rice on to cook. Make your own meatballs or heat up already made ones (when I make my own I use 1 1/2 - 2 lbs of ground beef and make about 24 or so meatballs). In a saucepan mix soup, milk, beef bouillon and dill and heat through. Add meatballs. Serve over rice.
