Swedish Meatballs

Simple Simple. Using Mushroom soup and Gravy. I freeze bags of meatballs ahead of time. Since there is no need to defrost them, this recipe is too simple for words. Show more

Ingredients

  • MEATBALLS

  • 2  lbs hamburger
  • 250  g  Ritz crackers
  • 2  eggs
  • 12 teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 12 teaspoon  onion salt
  • 12 teaspoon  celery salt
  •  salt and pepper
  • GRAVY

  • 2 (398 ml) cans  mushroom soup
  • 2 (398 ml) cans  mushroom gravy

Directions

  1. Make small meatballs.
  2. Bake in 4oo oven on cookie sheet until done.
  3. Put in pot with soup and gravy.
  4. Cook 1 hour.
