Swedish Chocolate Balls II

This recipe came from a friend's Swedish Granny...authentic Swedish cookies.

• Yields: 20-24 cookies

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups oats
• 3  tablespoons cocoa powder
• 3  tablespoons  cold  strong coffee
• 1  tablespoon  vanilla sugar
•  coconut

Directions

1. Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly.
2. Shape into balls and roll in coconut.
3. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
