Swampwater ( Spirits )

SOURCE SHADOWS - from Apartment Life Mag in the early 1970's. We made this as a party punch. NOTE: This does not require cooking, had to add something so the recipe would submit.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 ounces  green chartreuse liqueur
• 6  ounces  pineapple juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon lime
•  ice

Directions

1. To each 1-1/2 ounces of Green Chartreuse, add 6 ounces pineapple juice, 1/4 teaspoon lime, and ice.
2. Stir.
3. Note: one bottle of Green Chartreuse makes one gallon of Swampwater.
4. Careful this is a very potent drink.
