Susan's All Grain Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 large mashed bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups millers unprocessed natural bran
- 1 1⁄2 cups organic whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons whole flax seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven 400 degrees.
- Mash the bananas.
- Add all the wet ingredients to the bananas and mix thoroughly.
- Add the dry ingredients, except the raisins, to the wet ingredients and mix with electric mixer 2-3 minutes.
- Add the raisins last and mix thoroughly.
- Spray muffin tins with a grease release (Pam) and fill to the top of muffin tin.
- Tap muffin tins on counter a couple of times to settle any bubbles in mixture.
- Bake. Enjoy.
