Surprise Cheese Puffs

Directions

  1. Allow butter to soften; blend with cheese, salt, paprika and cayenne.
  2. Stir in flour, mixing well.
  3. Mold 1 teaspoon of this mixture around each olive, covering it completely.
  4. Arrange on a baking sheet and chill until firm.
  5. Bake in a 400* oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Note: these can be made in advance an frozen.
