  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt butterscotch chips, brown sugar, and butter over medium heat; stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  7. Add flour mixture; mix well.
  8. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
  9. Spread in prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  11. Cool on wire rack.
