Supreme Burgers

Yields: 4 patties
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 avocados (peeled and sliced)
- 4 onions, slices
Directions
- In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, mix well, and divide into 4 patties.
- Cook in skillet 5 minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, chili sauce, and cayenne pepper, and spread on both sides of buns.
- Place patties on bottom half, and top with avocado, and onion slices.
