Superfoods Turkey Sausage and Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

  • 3  ounces  fully cooked  smoked turkey sausage, thinly slices
  • 1  cup  pre-shredded  coleslaw mix
  • 12 cup  loose-pack  frozen cut green beans
  • 14 12 ounces Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2  cups water
  • 0.25 (9 ounce) package  refrigerated mushroom-filled  tortellini

Directions

  1. Place everything except tortellini in a stockpot Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. cover and cook for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally and addming more water as needed.
  2. Stir in tortellini; cover and cook 10 minutes Serve immediately. Garnish with grated carrots, if desired.
