Super Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

This recipe is just what it says so simple a monkey in a bakery could do it!! Let me put it this way It's only got 3 ingredients!!

• Yields: 6-12 cookies

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
• 1  egg
• 1  cup sugar

Directions

1. mix all ingredients in a bowl with spoon or pastry blender.
2. roll dough into balls.
3. place them on a greased cookie sheet.
4. bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minute.
