Super Sausage Fondue

Plenty of sausage makes the dip satisfying, and the chopped green chilies add a little pizzazz. May use any flavored sausage, and yes even turkey sausage.... Show more

  1. In a large skillet, cook the sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add the tomatoes and green chilies; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in sour cream. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
