Ingredients
- 6 fresh strawberries, stemmed
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 banana, frozen is best
- 1⁄2 teaspoon spirulina
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ground
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1 tablespoon protein powder (I use rice protein)
- 6 ice cubes
Directions
- Place ingredients in the blender pitcher and puree to desired consistency. Drink up!
