Super Quick Pasta With Ricotta and Cream

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup heavy cream
- 1 dash garlic powder (optional)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Immediately add remaining ingredients.
- Stir until cheeses are melted and pasta is evenly coated.
- Good served with grilled chicken or steamed broccoli.
