Super Easy Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs pork shoulder
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 (12 ounce) can root beer (or cola)
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Accent seasoning
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker. I like to use the liner so clean up is easy.
- Cook on low for 8 hours (or high 4-5 hours). Remove pork and place in large bowl.
- Shred pork and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
