Super Easy Coconut Rum Balls

Yields: 50-60 rum balls

  1. Crush cookies into a bowl.
  2. Add coconut an sugar, mix well.
  3. Stir in rum.
  4. Mix in condensed milk until dough is sticky.
  5. Roll into 1 inch balls, then coat with desired garnish (my favorite is chocolate sprinkles) place on a cookie sheet.
  6. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before transferring into air tight storage containers.
  7. These treats can be eaten right away but taste better as time passes.
