Super Easy Chicken Parmesan

The original recipe I was given called for Salsa in place of the marinara sauce and shredded Monterrey Jack in place of the Mozzarella. Switch it up if you are in the mood for a more Mexican flavor! Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Mix mayo with salt and pepper and brush on chicken. Dip in bread crumbs until evenly coated on all sides. Arrange chicken in 9x13 pan. Bake 25 minutes. Next top with marinara sauce and cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
