Super Easy Caramel Nut Tart

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee, any variety
- 1 (14 ounce) package caramels (about 50)
- 4 cups pecan pieces, toasted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
- 1 square semisweet chocolate, melted
Directions
- STIR cream and coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl until well blended. Add caramels; stir gently to coat. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minute or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute Stir in pecans and cinnamon.
- SPREAD caramel mixture evenly into pie crust. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into 8 slices to serve.
- DRIZZLE tart slices and/or serving plates with the melted chocolate.
