Super Double Chocolate Cookies

These are super soft, chocolate cookies. I adapted this recipe from my chocolate chip cookie recipe. This is also good with some chopped nuts, it reminds me of a "mini" brownie, more like a cake than a cookie.

• Yields: 4 dozen

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup margarine
• 3⁄4 cup white sugar
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 2  large eggs
• 2  teaspoons vanilla
• 1 1⁄2 cups flour
• 1⁄2 cup  cocoa
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1⁄2 cups chocolate chips or 1 1⁄2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

1. Cream together first 5 ingredients.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Arrange on cookies sheet, bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes.
