Ingredients
- 3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 gallon milk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 (1 1/4ounce) envelope onion soup mix
Directions
- Throw it all in the crockpot - recommend you use a liner - turn it on low. You will have to stir occasionally as the macaroni will clump up. It will look too watery for quite a while. 8 hours later - great mac and cheese.
