Super Banana Shake

Yields: 1 glass
Ingredients
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄3 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut powder (powdered peanut butter available in the organic section)
- 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder (I use EAS)
Directions
- 1. Chop the frozen banana into small chunks.
- 2. Put all ingredients in your blender and turn it on.
- 3. When thoroughly blended, pour into a glass and enjoy!
