Super Antioxidant Smoothie

This is a great recipe I came across in a magazine and made some changes to. I had to share (I'm drinking it right now, it's delicious!) It's very healthy, full of vitamins, low fat and low cal, and it tastes like a treat.   1. In a blender, combine the fruit, pomegranate juice, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the ice cubes, and blend again until it is smooth.
  3. Note: If using frozen fruit, you may need to add additional yogurt for consistency.
