Super Antioxidant Smoothie

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1⁄2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 -5 ice cubes
Directions
- In a blender, combine the fruit, pomegranate juice, yogurt, lemon zest and juice, and blend until smooth.
- Add the ice cubes, and blend again until it is smooth.
- Note: If using frozen fruit, you may need to add additional yogurt for consistency.
