Sunshine Chicken

I have a friend who is getting married, she doesn't cook that much, but she loves chicken. So I asked some family and friends to send me simple chicken recipes. To make her a book for her bridal shower. This is one of them, there are several more I'm posting, too.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄2 cup  orange juice
• 2  cloves garlic, minced
• 1  teaspoon dried oregano
• 1  teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 2  lbs chicken

Directions

1. Preheat oven 350 Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag and shake.
2. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
3. Place chicken in baking dish, reserve marinade to brush on chicken during baking.
4. Bake 40-50 min or until done.
