Sunflower Turkey Sandwich

There is a little coffee shop that serves great sandwiches in my town. This is a replica of one of my faves! It's a little different, but tastes great! Hope you enjoy! Show more

Yields: 1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2  slices  sourdough bread
  • 1  tablespoon  light garden vegetable cream cheese spread (or more if you liked)
  • 1  tablespoon sunflower seeds (out of the shell of course)
  • 14 cup alfalfa sprout (can use more if you like)
  • 4 -5  slices  deli turkey (I like Oscar Meyer deli sliced roast turkey)

Directions

  1. Spread Cream Cheese on one slice of bread, add sunflower seeds on top of cream cheese, then turkey, then alfalfa sprouts. Enjoy!
