Sunflower Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (12 ounce) bag Coleslaw
Directions
- Break noodles into small pieces (save the seasonings for another use).
- Place noodles, almonds, and sunflower kernels in a pan and drizzle with butter, tossing to coat.
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring several times. When done, set aside.
- Combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt and toss with cabbage.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Stir in crispy noodles, nuts and seeds just before serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
