Ingredients

  • 4  cups rolled oats
  • 1  cup  roasted lightly  salted sunflower seeds
  • 34 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 34 cup  chopped  dried apricot
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1  cup  sunflower seed butter
  • 12 cup honey
  • 1  tablespoon  grated orange zest

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine oats, sunflower seeds, dates, apricots and salt. Stir in sunflower seed butter, honey and orange zest.
  2. Press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Remove from pan and cut in 16 bars.
