Sunday's Tofu Sandwich

Another tofu sandwich...not too bad, made out of what I had on hand.

  1. Warm olive oil in frying pan.
  2. Fry the 2 pieces of tofu with the garlic oriental mix on it until golden.
  3. Toast bread.
  4. Spread mayo and hummus on both slices.
  5. Cut plum tomato and put on both slices of bread.
  6. Place tofu on one bread slice, then put the other slice on top.
  7. Eat and enjoy!
