Sun Dried Tomato Tempenade

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sun-dried tomato, packed in oil
- 1⁄2 cup kalamata olive, pitted
- 1⁄3 cup pine nuts
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley
- fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Chop sun dried tomatoes and reserve the oil.
- Chop garlic, tomatoes, and olives in a small food processor. Careful to not puree it though.
- Add pine nuts, parsley and pulse again until well combined.
- If mixture is too loose, add some of the reserved oil from the tomatoes.
- Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
