Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 36 ounces whole tomatoes or 36 ounces tomatoes, chopped, undrained
- 2⁄3 cup chablis or 2⁄3 cup other dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dried fennel seed
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Salt to taste Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Note: You can add mushrooms if desired.
