Sun-Dried Tomato and Herb Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 1 1⁄2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 2⁄3 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, chopped
Directions
- Bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Add the sun dried tomatoes during the add in (nuts and fruits) cycle. or 5 minutes before final kneading is finished.
