Ingredients
- 350 g spaghetti, cooked
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 125 g salami, cut into thin strips
- 125 g mushrooms, sliced
- 6 spring onions, chopped
- 1 red capsicum, chopped
- 1 green capsicum, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup black olives (optional)
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup Italian dressing, extra
- chopped parsley, extra to serve
Directions
- Combine spaghetti with 2 tblsp dressing and chill.
- Add remaining ingredients & sprinkle with extra parsley to serve.
