Summer Salsa

Ingredients

  • 14 cup onion, minced
  • 1  jalapeno, minced
  • 1  avocado, diced
  • 1  peach, diced
  • 1  mango, diced
  • 1 12 cups papayas, diced
  • 1  dash salt
  • 1  sprig cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Cover and chill overnight.
