Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1⁄4 cup corn
- 1 whole cucumber, sliced
- 1 -2 whole radish, sliced
- 1 cup carrot, shredded
- 1 whole avocado, sliced
- 1 cup kidney bean
- 3 -5 cups spring greens
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 sweet potato
Directions
- Wash, shred, slice all ingredients.
- In a bowling bowl, mix all ingredients together.
