- Heat oil in frypam.
- Fry onion, peppers and bacon.
- Mix eggs in a bowl with milk.
- Season well.
- Stir eggs into frypan.
- Cook gently for 5 minutes or till just scrambled.
- Serve piled onto buttered toast.
