Summer Chicken Sandwich

This is a great summer sandwich I created one day. I just added my favourite foods together, and it's healthy too. Bread can be toasted for a warm treat. Show more

Yields: 1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2  slices  whole wheat bread
  • 1  tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1  avocado
  • 1  cup  cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1  cup lettuce, shedded
  • 14 cup scallion, chopped

Directions

  1. Spread the mayonaise on one slice of bread, and a reasonable serving of avocado on the other.
  2. Add the chicken, lettuce and scallions and enjoy.
