Sugarrushkid's Pesto Galette

Ingredients
- 1 (425 g) package puff pastry
- 4 tablespoons basil pesto
- 6 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (200 g) packet pine nuts
Directions
- Roll out pastry on a baking tray.
- Spread pesto over pastry.
- Chop tomatoes in half, place on top of the pesto.
- Sprinkle pine nuts over.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown at Gas Mark 5.
