Sugar Snap Peas With Orange Ginger Butter

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar snap peas
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Cook peas. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients until marmalade melts. Pour over hot peas and toss to coat.
