Ingredients
- 1 lb sugar snap pea
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
- of fresh mint (optional)
Directions
- In a large saucepan cook sugar snap peas in boiling water about 1 minute or until crisp-tender, drain.
- Add butter and lemon peel, toss to mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
