Sugar-Free Raisin Bar

Ingredients
- 1 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3⁄4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook raisins, water, margarine, cinnamon, nutmeg until margarine is melted, Continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- Stir together all remaining ingredients ending with flour. Add to raisin mixture until well blended.
- Spread in a 8-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
