Sugar Free Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat matzo
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Glaze
- 8 ounces Hunts tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F or 180°C In a large bowl mix the first 7 ingredients together with your hands until combined. Form meat mixture into oval (American football shape) or flatten into 9x13 pan. In a separate bowl, mix glaze and pour over meat. Try to make sure the glaze stays on the meat as much as possible if in football shape. Bake for an hour.
