Sugar Free Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 8 ounces sugar-free Cool Whip
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 ounces sugar-free lemon gelatin
- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons artificial sweetener
Directions
- Dissolve jello in hot water. Blend all ingredients together with mixer. Chill until set. You may choose to put this into a crust although it is not necessary.
