Sugar Free Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups Pamelas ultimate baking and pancake mix
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup Fisher Chef's Naturals Chopped Pecans
- 1⁄3 cup erythritol
Directions
- Cream butter and Erythritol, then add egg and vanilla.
- Mix together.
- Add Pamela's mix, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Allow cookies to set while on cookie sheet for 5 minutes after removing them from the oven.
