Sugar-Free Fudge

My father has a sweet tooth and recently developed diabetes. A friend shared this easy recipe.

Yields: 64 1inch pieces

Directions

  1. Lightly grease 8" square pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Melt margarine over low heat.
  3. Add chocolate and stir just until melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sweetener and vanilla.
  5. Combine chocolate mixture with cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Spread mixture in prepared pan.
  8. Refrigerate until firm.
  9. Cut into 1" squares.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
