Sugar Free Date Coffee Cake

Ingredients
CAKE
- 1⁄3 cup banana, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 1 1⁄2 cups dates, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
TOPPING
- 1⁄3 cup dates
- 1⁄3 cup walnuts
- 1⁄3 cup flaked coconut
Directions
- Beat together banana and butter until creamy.
- Add eggs, vanilla and water.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and beat well.
- Stir in dates.
- Spoon into oiled and floured 9 by 13 baking pan.
- Spread evenly.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over bater.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
- Cool and serve.
