Ingredients

  • 3 12 cups  unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 78 cup  chia seeds
  • 12 cup  sugar-free torani  syrup
  • 98  g  of quest multi-purpose  protein powder
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix almond milk, sugar-free syrup, and protein powder in the blender.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and cinnamon (if desired).
  3. Transfer to airtight container and refrigerate over night.
