Sugar Cookies and Icing

Ingredients

• Cookies

• 2  cups sugar
• 1  cup butter
• 2  eggs
• 3  tablespoons milk
• 2  teaspoons vanilla

• Icing

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1 (1 lb) box confectioners' sugar
• 5  tablespoons milk
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. For Cookies:.
2. Mix butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
4. Add 4-5 cups of flour (start with 4 and add until dough is stiff).
5. Roll out on a floured surface and cut.
6. Bake at 350 for 8 minute.
7. ***It helps to chill the dough before rolling***.
8. For Icing:.
9. Beat all ingredients and add food coloring as desired.
